My Dedication
First, I would like to thank God and
give Him the Glory and Honor for what He has allowed me to do in His name. I thank
God for an awesome and powerful leader, Bishop Apostle Dr. Edith Moore of
Emmanuel Ministries International Worldwide. She taught me how to move forward
in the purpose and plan that God had for me.
Through her leadership, she birthed me into the ministry during our 6 am
early morning prayer; she also taught me how to call on the name of Jesus and
to intercede on behalf of others..
I
am thankful to God for all the trials and tests I have gone through in my life.
Though they seemed hard, I continued the journey. God had a plan and purpose
for my life from the very beginning of my birth. I thank God that when I did
not know what to do, I believed the word of God that says, “Stand still and see
the salvation of the Lord,” and by trusting God, I remained faithful and
disciplined.
I thank God for Bishop Apostle Dr. Edith Moore of Emmanuel
Ministries International Worldwide, located in Jacksonville, Florida, for
allowing the Word of God to be taught and preached in our local church and
through many special events, including Emmanuel Ministries Convocation,
Emmanuel Bombarding the Atmosphere, Emmanuel Ministries Prayer Breakfast, and
through our Emmanuel Ministry Prayer Team. Through these, I was able to conquer
any fears I may have had. I also thank God for my church family, Emmanuel
Ministries International Worldwide, based in Jacksonville.
I want to dedicate this book to my
lovely mother, Bettye J. Waller, and my children, Kenyaundae, Lashanda,
Latonya, Latisha, Ashley, and Jalen, because I love you all dearly.

Introduction
1 Peter 5:7 says “casting all
your cares upon Him for He cares for you.” This means that God wants us to roll our
burdens upon Him. God wants us to have a
target to which we direct our anxiety, and that target is God himself..
As I write this book I know that Our Creator, Our God who cares about everything concerning us, will direct our path. He loves us that much.
God wants to totally heal and make us whole Psychologically, Mentally, and Physically., There are some experiences that we encountered, that may have started from our childhood. It could have been from an emotional pain or just some type of physical experience that was so severe, it caused trauma which feels like a replay, over and over in your mind like a recorder. It can rob you of your true feelings and keep you from having a close relationship with family, friends, or even co-workers etc. It can cause you to feel hopeless and powerless, antisocial, aggressive, anger, anxiety, depression, moodiness, and self-destructive behavior etc.
It's God who delivers us from the pit of corruption, that dark place behind a closed door to others. We should have a relationship and communication with God in prayer every day; we should spend quality time with Him, by reading the Word of God and allow the Word to be implanted and rooted in our hearts, which has the power to save our souls, minds, will and emotions.
Our psychological well-being is intricately linked to our overall health and sense of fulfillment.
